Apply NowMichael Farrell started working in mortgage lending in 1998 after coming home from a 4-year mission experience in Ecuador, South America with the Salesians of Don Bosco. He worked 2 years with a national mortgage lender as a loan officer and then was promoted into management for a 5-year tenure. In 2006, he founded Grandview Home Loans, which was rebranded to Grandview Lending in 2009. Grandview Lending has helped over a thousand clients obtain new homes or lower their monthly costs of their current homes. After his time in Ecuador, Michael learned Spanish and has been able to provide mortgage services to the Hispanic community. Michael is a graduate of Indiana University and got his master’s degree at St. Meinrad Seminary. With a background in ministry, his passion is to help people. He has been able to keep his missionary spirit by helping people acquire one of their biggest assets: their home. Michael is a dedicated father to 7 children ranging in ages from 7 to 22 years old.

Apply NowIn March 2012, Tim Egan joined Grandview Lending. Tim has entered his tenth year as a licensed loan officer. He has almost twenty years of experience in real estate and consumer financing. With that experience, you can expect Tim to deliver expert advice and service. He enjoys helping families by “saving” the loans that the big banks turn down. In his years at Grandview Lending, Tim has hundreds of stories from first time home buyers, veterans, and friends, new and old, whom he has been able to assist with the goals of home ownership and financial stability. Tim has been married to his wife of 20 years Rose Egan. Together, they have five living children: Andrew 17, Joseph 16, Max 14, Roch 13 and Manny 11. As a family, they attend Holy Rosary parish in downtown Indianapolis. Expect to find Tim and Rose in constant motion chasing the extracurricular, athletic, social and service activities of their five boys.
Tim Ayers has been in the mortgage industry as a banker, broker, or lender for twenty years. Tim and his family have lived in Zionsville for 14 years. He is a published author of the book, “Fooled Me Once.”

Upon arriving in America in 2019, he immediately became involved in the Real Estate market through the flipping business. However, his passion for banking and his desire to help the Hispanic community led him to obtain The Mortgage Loan Originator license.

Roch grew up in the Indianapolis area along with his four brothers. Being the second youngest, Roch learned early that using his brain was his biggest asset in small brawls amongst him and his brothers. Not being the biggest or strongest forced him to find creative solutions. He carries this into his work today. His love for numbers and problem solving makes him an expert in finding the best options for his clients.
Roch’s love for real estate initially drew him in the direction of becoming an agent. However, his passion for mathematics and finances soon turned that idea around. Following in his father’s footsteps, Roch became licensed as a mortgage loan officer and joined Grandview Lending. His goals are to rebuild communities through homeownership, encourage financial independence, and promote financial health and understanding! He believes that buying a house is the BIGGEST way to skyrocket one’s financial health. After buying his own home, Roch not only knows the process from the lender side, but also the borrower side, giving him a better understanding and more knowledge to help his clients in this process!
Roch is a passionate foodie and dedicated New York Yankees fan. When he’s not cheering on his favorite team, you can find him in the kitchen honing his culinary skills and exploring new recipes and flavors. His other passion is music. Roch loves to relax by playing guitar and piano, often drifting off in his improvisational melodies. Whether he’s helping someone purchase their very first home, cookin’ up a delicious meal, or tickling the ivories, Roch embraces every moment with enthusiasm and creativity.

Hillary Dunham is a graduate of Ball State University with over 10 years of customer service experience, 5 of those years being in the mortgage industry. She is detail oriented and enjoys building relationships with each client she helps. Hillary works with Mike and Kimberly as a Loan Officer Assistant to serve as the liaison during the initial mortgage process. She decided to join the team at Grandview after her first meeting with Mike. He described himself and his team with the culture, integrity, and family values she wanted to be a part of. In her free time, Hillary enjoys being outdoors with her daughter Tatum, going to the park, fishing, or swimming at the pool.
Lesley Howard has been in the mortgage industry since 1984 with 11 of those years working at a title company. Lesley is focused on providing an extraordinary experience for each and every borrower. She works diligently to help clients pursue their dream of home ownership or to be in a better financial position by refinancing. Lesley joined Grandview Lending due to the family atmosphere and personal service she could continue to provide. Outside of work, Lesley and her husband enjoy spending time with their 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
