I absolutely adore their processor, Lesley, and love working with their originator, Mike. Together they make a fantastic duo, and make the loan process as easy as it can get. Mike also shops the rates amongst a number of wholesale lenders, giving me confidence in the rate lock and saves me the time from having to shop elsewhere. We came to Michael with a big problem that another mortgage lender created and he dove right in to get the problem fixed! His communication skills were top tier. He not only got our problem fixed but he was able to get us approved to close on our forever home in a very very timely manner! He made sure we got the best rate possible. I recently watched a documentary on the American Revolution. It reminded me of Tim Egan and his valiant mortgage services. Like George Washington, Tim knew exactly when to act, when to pause, and how to execute. Cornwallis fared better at Yorktown than mortgage rates did under the siege of Tim Egan and Grandview Lending. To put it in more contemporary terms, Tim Egan plays the Tom Hagen, to your Vito Corleone, as you’re making offers that buyers can’t refuse.

Home purchased! The 4th home offered on being charm!I cannot recommend this company enough! Micheal, the president of the company, and his team, was absolutely the best throughout the entire process. I had to text and call him for months, and despite it being a long and complicated journey, Micheal's communication was consistently top-tier.I seriously considered downloading a 3rd party software just to count the number of phone calls and texts. (I am a data analyst by trade) The texts are well above 200 and phone calls well above the 20s.He and his team were always available, responsive, and extremely helpful. Michael always took time to thoroughly explain everything! I feel like I got a master-class in home loans. Durrell Cullens is the best in the business. This was our first time doing an FHA 203k loan. He walked me through the process like a pro. He was super helpful, easy to talk to and well spoken. I will be calling him first for anything mortgage related 1st.

I initially started with a different lender, who gave me the run around. My realtor suggested Tim Egan. From day one he was open with what it would take to get me into a home. He was very kind and worked so hard. He was always available for me to ask any questions I needed answered or something I didn’t quite understand. His team are polite and just want to help. I would recommend Tim Egan to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He is truly one of the best lenders and he genuinely cares about you as a client. I never felt like I was just a number. I will definitely send family and friends to him if they ever need a home loan.
