My experience with Grandview Lending was amazing. My agents were Timothy Ayers and Jennifer Sampson who we had worked with before for buying and refinancing our home. They both were patient, helpful, detailed while going through the process. They called everyday for updates and was professional. He had a way to calm me through the process. Absolutely amazing working with this team. The sellers wanted the house to possibly close in the span of 2 weeks which I thought would be impossible l, but Michael Farrell took on the task and completed it in the time span and even had time to show up to closing and bought us the cutest sign to hang up for our home.
