The reality that we are home owners is still sinking in. I do not believe it would have been possible with out all of your hard work. The reality is that this whole process started over a year ago when we were simply not in a position to buy a home. You still took the time to walk us through things that we could do to make our dream a reality even though at that time there was no monetary benefit for you or your company. That is a trait that has long been forgotten in the business world of today. I felt your sincerity enough at that time to save your number alone out of brokers that we had contacted and the ones that had contacted us and got to work on the path you had laid out for us to achieve our goal of owning a home. Fast forward 12 months later and Amanda urges me to contact you just to see if we are even close. I would have never believed it. I can not thank you enough for patience in our process. I feel like writing the Pope to see about getting you canonized as a saint. LOL Our agent had put some unfounded fear about bad experiences with internet mortgage brokers. I am happy to say that it was by no means our experience. You got us everything we wanted on the business end. But it was deeper for than dollars and cents for us. We have four children that are now in the best schools in the area. One of them whom has special needs that is finally getting the services he so desperately needs and that we had fought for to no avail at our previous location and another who is academically gifted and athletically talented whom is actually attending classes that challenge her and will put her on tract of being one semester short of an associates degree at the time she graduates from high school. My wife and I who have given so many years in service of others with little financial gain no longer question if we did so at the cost of our or children dream of owning a home of our own. At closing the title company agents we very familiar with Tim Egan and his level professionalism and attention to detail. So in closing I encourage you to forward this email to you superiors. It’s so hard to tell something happened to make Mr. Tim has to work hard , it’s still so hard to tell something about my fault, I’m Chinese, I’m conservational people, something concealed about ur family relative. I didn’t tell Mr. Tim about our relative something with money, even if we have extra $8000 more than 20% down payment plus closing cost beside money dispute, even if we have stable active full time jobs for 2 years, even if we got nice credit score, even if our payment for everything is so little—-I mean, we’re very frugal and saving people, we watch our baby by ourselves because of our different shift ,we seldom use furnace, our pre-paid cell phone %100 can be used for more than one year—something like that way, we still effected and delayed the whole process of loan. I was guilty, but I never said sorry to Mr. Tim about that, and now, I’ll say sorry and thanks to him. Anyway, I never heared complaint from Mr. Tim about it whenever he’s under pressure of some urgent of process step.
Mr. Tim Egan has great patience and kindness, he’s so professional, he’s intelligent and diligent originator, I really respect it.

Today we sent our first mortgage payment to Michigan Mutual for our new (and shorter term) loan which was brokered through Grandview Lending. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for Grandview’s process of making a refinance as easy as it could possibly be, given the amount of paperwork it takes to make such a loan happen.
More particularly, I wanted to call to your attention and commend Dave Wedding for the service he performed for us as our Loan Officer. Dave was professional, efficient, creative, and forthright in carrying out all the extensive work it takes to make such a loan a reality. He was great to work with and was dedicated to delivering on what he said could be done. As a matter of fact, we probably would not have done a refinance had it not been for his gentle persistence in “checking in” to see if we had made any decisions about refinancing our existing mortgage. We are very satisfied with the rate and the terms of the loan.
We have worked with at least five different Loan Officers in the past five years either in getting a loan processed, attempting a loan, or in actually refinancing. Thankfully and likely, this will be our last experience at refinancing…and it will have been our best experience.

All funds were dispersed yesterday, May 23, in approximately one month after your taking over this loan process from another company who could not get the job done in the six months prior to this. All the worry and tension from the fiasco that was created by this guy in Texas has been lifted. I only regret not going to you, Dave, in the first place. The closing went just like any other closing. I had writer’s cramp by the end. Ryan was really nice, and we had a lot in common, so it was good. The kids had dinner going on all around us as we sat at the dining room table signing forms. It was really quite a scene. He was a doll – we met at the Stuckeys on Interstate 70 at the Centerville, Indiana exit. I wanted to say Thank you for all of your help with our loan. You saved us about $950.00 per month!!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!! That will help feed our two horses!!! We feed them a raw diet and it is expensive to feed two of them. We tried so many times to refinance and just couldn’t. Everyone told us that they couldn’t help us, that is why we’re so impressed with you. You will definitely get all of our business and I will send friends over to you who need a mortgage.
